Job Summary

This Senior IT System Engineer role involves deep-dive analysis and resolution of complex errors across diverse Windows and Linux server environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting event logs and log files, conducting network traces using tools like Wireshark to diagnose performance or communication issues, and collaborating closely with specialized departments, developers, and external partners during root cause analysis. A core function is planning and executing critical maintenance tasks such as patching, certificate exchanges, and configuration adjustments, alongside documenting system environments and troubleshooting processes.
