Job Summary

As a Client Solutions Specialist, you will be the central point of contact for 2nd level support for Windows clients (Win10/11), focusing on analytical problem-solving and technical depth rather than just ticket processing. Your day-to-day will involve diagnosing and resolving complex client-related issues, providing remote support using various tools, and performing software installations and configurations. You will also manage the Mobile Device Management platform, administer Active Directory (user management, GPOs, ADMX templates), and provide support for Office products. Collaboration with manufacturer support and other IT teams is key, as is documenting and improving processes. This role is ideal for someone with strong IT-know-how, a customer-focused mindset, and a desire to contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience in 2nd level support for Windows clients
  • Experience with Active Directory, GPOs, client design, and registry tweaks
  • Experience with ticketing systems and telephone support
  • Professional experience with Microsoft BackOffice products
  • Professional experience with network technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
