Apprenticeship Instructor for IT Specialists | Ausbilder*in für Fachinformatiker (all genders)

Job Summary

This role seeks an empathetic Apprenticeship Instructor to mentor and guide IT Specialists (Fachinformatiker) through their professional training journey. The successful candidate will act as a coach, motivator, and crisis manager, focusing on creating an environment where learning is engaging and mistakes are acceptable. Day-to-day tasks involve providing comprehensive support—technical, organizational, and personal—to approximately 10 motivated apprentices. You will also be responsible for liaising closely with the HR department, vocational schools, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK), and external education providers. Key qualifications include professional experience working with young people, a completed IT Specialist qualification (preferably System Integration), and ideally, an Instructor's certificate (Ausbilderschein). This position is ideal for a personality driven by passion and patience, aiming to shape the future workforce within a large, nationwide IT company. Readiness to travel is also required, alongside strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
