Job Summary

This permanent position as an IT Technician in Hamburg involves providing essential First and Second Level Support directly to users on-site. Day-to-day responsibilities include the configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of critical network infrastructures, alongside the installation, replacement, and troubleshooting of various end devices. You will also play a supporting role in key IT rollout projects. The ideal candidate must demonstrate very strong technical knowledge in Microsoft Windows and Excel, coupled with extensive experience in network topologies. A confident and professional demeanor is crucial for user interaction. This role offers a stable, full-time contract with flexible working models and the opportunity to work in modern offices while contributing to the development of new technologies. Fluent German language skills (written and spoken) and a Class B driving license are mandatory prerequisites for this role.
