Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position in Bremen involves working for an international client within the defense industry, focusing heavily on software and system testing. Day-to-day responsibilities include the creation of detailed test specifications and instructions, and the conception and implementation of automated software tests. You will be responsible for evaluating test results, generating reports, and coordinating the progress and coverage of testing methods. A key part of the role is supporting software developers in implementing quality assurance and optimization measures, as well as creating essential process documentation, such as test concepts. You will also handle initial processing and analysis of customer error messages, and test/document software and system components. Candidates should possess advanced professional experience in software/IT testing, a technical degree or vocational training in Computer Science, and good foundational knowledge of an object-oriented programming language. Proficiency with testing and debugging tools is essential, alongside very strong German and English skills, making this an attractive role for a meticulous QA professional.
