Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced IT Service Technician to join a leading global IT infrastructure service provider, supporting large enterprises and the public sector. The core responsibilities involve hands-on installation and configuration of a wide range of IT hardware, including PCs, notebooks, printers, and mobile devices. You will be crucial in executing software rollouts, installing operating systems and applications, and managing complex migration projects, including data transfer and user profile migration from old to new systems. A key aspect is the meticulous documentation of all technical work within asset management systems. Candidates must possess a completed IT qualification or equivalent professional experience, practical knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and network technology, and a Class B driving license for required travel between sites. The position is a fixed-term contract with excellent potential for permanent employment with the client.
