Job Summary

This role is ideal for a dedicated Rollout Technician focused on providing essential on-site IT support and hardware management within the Stuttgart region, requiring travel and occasional overnight stays in Baden-Württemberg (BW). Daily responsibilities include the assembly and disassembly of various hardware components, conducting initial fault analyses, and developing first-line solutions. The technician will also be responsible for user support and system instruction, as well as classifying disturbances and escalating them to relevant downstream units. Key qualifications include professional experience in IT rollouts, proficiency with standard hardware, and strong knowledge of Windows 7, 10, and MS Office applications.
