Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support Specialist providing crucial support for a major IT service provider serving the end-customer Daimler. The core responsibilities include managing and configuring Mobile Devices, specifically iOS, and executing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) tasks to set up new workstations. You will also be responsible for commissioning standard hardware, including scanners, printers, and peripherals, and ensuring accurate hardware delivery according to order lists. A key daily task involves processing and documenting disturbance tickets using ITSM/ServiceNow. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification in IT System Integration or IT Systems Electronics and demonstrate initial experience in large-scale customer environments.
