Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity to join one of Germany's leading IT service providers, supporting a major client in Reutlingen. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems by providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd Level Onsite Support. Day-to-day tasks include performing fault analysis and resolution for both hardware and software issues, acting as the crucial interface between the client's internal IT department and end-users. Additionally, the specialist will handle tasks related to manufacturing and server environments, ensuring high service quality standards are met. Ideal candidates must possess a relevant IT qualification (such as an IT Specialist for System Integration), proven experience in Active Directory management, specifically with Group Policies and authorization concepts, and practical knowledge of networking fundamentals like DHCP, DNS, and Firewalls. The position requires very good German skills and a strong focus on solution-oriented, customer-friendly service delivery.
