Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT Support services for a major end-customer of a leading European IT service provider. The specialist will be responsible for managing and resolving incidents and service requests in adherence to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including participating in an on-call rotation. Key daily tasks include comprehensive troubleshooting for both hardware and software, configuring and installing standard IT equipment, and providing dedicated support for mobile devices across iOS and Android platforms. Furthermore, the role requires addressing network issues and performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services for clients via onsite support. Candidates must possess completed vocational training in IT, practical experience in client troubleshooting, and strong proficiency in German and English.
