Job Summary

This role seeks an IT Support Specialist to provide critical 2nd Level user support on-site in Vettelschoß for a leading German IT service provider. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle of incidents: capturing, documenting, prioritizing, classifying, and escalating issues within the ticketing system, often communicating in both German and English. A core function involves the installation and configuration of essential IT assets, including PCs, notebooks, and printers, alongside actively supporting IT infrastructure relocations, setup, and functional testing. Candidates must possess a completed qualification such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent, paired with practical experience in user support and utilizing ticketing systems. Essential technical knowledge includes proficiency in Windows 10, common MS Office products, and foundational understanding of networking and ITIL processes.
