Job Summary

This role is for an IT Technician focused on delivering high-quality First and Second Level Support for a leading European IT service provider. Day-to-day responsibilities include processing support tickets, installing and configuring client systems, including SCCM deployment, and managing user accounts, passwords, and devices within Active Directory. You will also be responsible for the physical setup and dismantling of workstation equipment, including cabling, and maintaining asset management records in the customer database. The ideal candidate holds a completed vocational qualification, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, and possesses practical experience with Active Directory and operating system installations (Windows 10/11). Excellent communication skills in German and a strong customer focus are essential for success in this team-oriented environment.
