Job Summary
This role involves working as a Field Service IT Technician based out of the Ludwigshafen branch for one of Europe's leading IT service providers. The core responsibility is executing individual IT orders, including incident resolution and IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services, following a predetermined route and schedule (company vehicle provided). Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and resolving faults on IT devices such as printers, notebooks, and peripherals, often through component exchange. The technician is responsible for detailed error analysis, ensuring resolution meets client requirements, and meticulously documenting all completed work for service coordination. Candidates should possess fundamental knowledge of IT infrastructures and Microsoft operating systems, coupled with proven troubleshooting skills. Required Skills
Education
