Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT professional to join one of Europe's leading IT service providers on an unlimited contract, providing critical support to major clients like Bayer AG. The specialist will be responsible for the full lifecycle of hardware and software support, including analyzing and resolving faults across diverse device types. Key duties involve system maintenance, applying patches and antivirus updates, and maintaining crucial Support and GxP documentation. Furthermore, the role requires coordinating external manufacturers and suppliers and managing associated risks. Candidates must possess a background in IT, demonstrated by completed vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or a Computer Science degree, coupled with strong knowledge of network infrastructure.
