Job Summary
This role involves ensuring seamless IT usage for schools and business customers by providing on-site technical support and administration. The Field Service System Administrator will be responsible for independently analyzing and documenting technical faults using a ticketing system, and executing the installation, configuration, and optimization of IT infrastructures tailored to client needs. Key daily tasks include regular maintenance and administration to guarantee system stability, alongside creating and updating technical documentation and knowledge base entries. Candidates must possess a completed IT education or equivalent qualification, extensive experience in Windows OS administration, and knowledge of technical support for printers, networks, and IT peripherals. Strong problem-solving skills, technical understanding, and customer focus are essential for success in this innovative technology environment.
