Job Summary

This role as a Field IT Support Technician involves ensuring seamless IT operations for customer locations across the Berlin-Brandenburg region. Key responsibilities include the setup and configuration of new workstations, actively participating in IT rollouts, and performing installation and maintenance of diverse hardware, such as desktops, notebooks, printers, and media technology. You will also manage equipment assets, handling issuance, returns, and maintaining documentation within the ticketing system. The ideal candidate holds a completed technical vocational qualification, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, and possesses professional experience in field customer care and user support. Required skills include proficiency with standard hardware and MS Office, coupled with excellent German and good English language abilities, alongside a mandatory driver's license.
