Job Summary

This role is for an Executive IT Support Specialist dedicated to providing high-level, professional IT services for executive clients (Vorstandsebene) at a major end customer, Bayer AG. Day-to-day responsibilities include processing IT support tickets while strictly adhering to defined Service Levels, managing end-user environments, and providing conference room support. A major component of the job involves performing IMACD services (Install, Move, Add, Change, Decommission), including the repair, replacement, or restoration of devices. The specialist is expected to proactively ensure system stability by identifying and implementing preventive and corrective measures, as well as maintaining accurate inventory data and documentation within the knowledge base. Candidates must possess a completed IT qualification, practical experience supporting VIP customers, proficiency with standard hardware and Windows, and excellent communication skills. Completed apprenticeship as IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Experience in updating inventory and plant data
