Job Summary

This role involves providing essential onsite technical support, focusing heavily on hardware and software troubleshooting for a leading German IT service provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, configuring, and maintaining IT workstations, including Teams telephony setup. Key daily tasks include conducting onsite support for hardware and software issues, managing and maintaining various hardware components and media technology, and performing asset management, including inventory control of customer hardware. Ideal candidates must have a completed vocational training in IT systems electronics or system integration, possess solid experience in support, particularly with hardware and user assistance, and demonstrate proficiency with standard hardware (desktops, notebooks, peripherals) and MS Office applications.
