Job Summary

This permanent, full-time position as an IT Rollout Technician involves executing essential IT infrastructure services, primarily focusing on IMAC (Installation, Move, Add, Change) activities. The technician will independently perform setups, tear-downs, and modifications of client systems, including PCs, notebooks, and printers, along with basic configuration and installation tasks. A key part of the role is managing and documenting all tasks using specified tools, including handling tickets via Inventox and a company mobile phone. The ideal candidate must possess foundational knowledge in rollout, relocation, and rollback processes, experience with IMAC services, and basic configuration skills for client systems. This role requires significant flexibility and travel readiness across Southern Germany, often involving multi-day assignments and mandatory possession of a Class B driver's license and an SÜ2 security clearance.
