Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support and Rollout Technician based in Munich, focusing on the physical deployment and management of IT infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include the delivery and retrieval of IT equipment across various regional and national locations, as well as the assembly, disassembly, and reconfiguration of client systems, printers, PCs, and notebooks. A core function involves executing comprehensive rollout, relocation, and rollback projects, ensuring proper cabling and commissioning of all devices. The technician will be responsible for basic configuration and installation tasks and meticulous documentation of all activities using a ticketing system, specifically handling IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services. Candidates must demonstrate practical experience in IT system rollout procedures, proficiency in hardware handling and configuration, and strong German language skills, coupled with high reliability and discretion when handling sensitive information. This is a permanent position offering intensive training and long-term stability.
