Job Summary
This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd level IT technical support for a business client within the IT sector in Frankfurt am Main. The IT Service Technician will handle the intake and qualification of IT disruptions via ticketing systems and telephone, ensuring prompt resolution. Key responsibilities include the installation and configuration of hardware across the campus, supporting workplace relocations, new installations, and system migrations. Furthermore, the technician will manage client software and hardware support within specified system parameters. Candidates must possess a completed IT apprenticeship or relevant professional experience, strong practical IT knowledge, and expertise in supporting Windows operating systems (Client and Server) and MS Office environments. This position offers a secure, permanent contract, attractive compensation, and long-term job security.
