Job Summary

This role involves coordinating the complete end-to-end procurement process, ensuring timely and accurate material flow from request for quotation (RFQ) through purchase order (PO) issuance, material receipt, and correct invoicing. The Coordinator will be responsible for generating daily procurement status reports, actively monitoring open orders and potential delays, and communicating directly with vendors regarding pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules. A key focus is adherence to LTCA guidelines, regulatory requirements, and contractual terms. The ideal candidate requires 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics, preferably within an MRP-based manufacturing setting. Proficiency with MS Office and ERP/MRP systems is essential, along with a college degree or vocational training in a related field. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to significant process improvement initiatives within the Supply Chain Center.

Experience

  • 1–3 years in a supply chain, procurement, or logistics role
  • Experience within an MRP-based manufacturing environment
