Job Summary

The Cargo Operations Supervisor is essential for managing and optimizing daily air cargo movements, serving as the primary operational contact for Ground Handling Agents (GHA) and airport authorities regarding flight operational issues. This role involves crucial tasks such as coordinating flight booking loading instructions with the Indoor Sales Team, supervising Unit Load Device (ULD) build-up to maximize aircraft weight and volume, and rigorously monitoring aircraft loading to ensure safety and operational efficiency. The supervisor is also responsible for attending regular meetings with service providers, participating in station audits, and maintaining strong collaborative relationships, particularly with Lufthansa Cargo. Candidates must possess a High School Diploma and at least five years of experience in airfreight handling and aircraft operations, coupled with expertise in ULD configurations and local customs regulations. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua is mandatory for success in this high-pressure, shift-work environment.
