Job Summary

This permanent, full-time engineering role involves acting as the owner's representative and project manager for construction measures, maintenance, and projects related to electrical, telecommunications, and IT systems within public administration. Key responsibilities include BIM management for these technical areas, project steering, and coordination of all participants, ensuring adherence to costs, schedules, and quality standards, including sustainability criteria (BNB). The engineer will prepare and execute procurement procedures according to VOB, VgV, and UVgO, draft contracts for external engineering services (HOAI), and conduct cost forecasting and economic comparisons. The position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline, such as Electrical or Automation Technology, and offers the opportunity to manage critical public infrastructure projects in Dessau-Roßlau, requiring strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently.
