Job Summary

This role is for a proactive Hardware Developer to join the R&D Mechatronics team at WashTec, a global market leader in car wash technology, based at the company headquarters in Augsburg. The successful candidate will be instrumental in setting industry standards through high-tech innovation. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating detailed technical specifications (Lastenhefte) for new electronic modules by gathering requirements from various departments, ensuring quality through simulations, calculations, and developmental measurements, and meticulously documenting the results. You will also be responsible for updating and integrating existing electronics solutions into the current system landscape. Candidates must possess a completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Communications Technology, or a comparable technical qualification. While initial professional experience in hardware development and the design of analog and digital circuits is ideal, motivated entry-level professionals are strongly encouraged to apply.
