Job Summary

This role involves providing dedicated onsite and remote IT support to VIP users within a global technology company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing support tickets, deploying software using various repackaging tools like SCCM, Altiris, and Ghost, and troubleshooting hardware and peripheral devices. A key aspect of the role is providing expert support for Microsoft operating systems (Windows 7 and higher) in a networked environment, as well as addressing issues related to Microsoft Office Suites. The position requires strong knowledge of network technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, routing, and subnets, and proficiency with remote access tools.
