This critical role involves managing the daily operational and shutdown procedures of a power generation facility, ensuring strict adherence to all legal and internal regulations. As the Shift Manager, you will lead the shift team, coordinate and oversee maintenance and minor repair activities, and plan system clearances (Freischaltungen). A core responsibility is rigorously enforcing safety, environmental, and health protection standards across all shift activities. You will also be responsible for processing recurring inspections and maintenance tasks in collaboration with the maintenance organization.
