Job Summary

This crucial role involves leading and managing a multidisciplinary engineering team focused on large-scale Solar PV projects, encompassing electrical, civil, structural, and grid engineers. The Technical Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive technical leadership throughout the entire project lifecycle, from development and EPC execution through to commissioning. Key daily tasks include overseeing the preparation of execution and as-built plans, ensuring strict compliance with local regulations, grid codes, and international standards (IEC, IEEE, VDE), and supporting procurement activities, including contract negotiations and supplier evaluations. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in a relevant engineering field, at least five years of specialized experience in utility-scale Solar PV design and project delivery, and proven proficiency in design software like PVsyst or AutoCAD.
