Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive planning and coordination responsibilities for technical building equipment (TGA/HVAC) projects, focusing heavily on climate, ventilation, heating, cooling, fire protection, and sanitary technology. The Planning Engineer will be responsible for creating planning services across all phases (HOAI 1-9), ensuring technical coordination, and maintaining quality assurance for external contractors and planners. Key daily tasks include technical documentation, supporting contract awarding, managing invoicing and change orders, and overseeing execution quality and acceptance of services. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Supply Engineering/TGA or equivalent, possesses several years of professional experience in project planning for building systems, especially in industrial construction, and is fluent in both German and English.
