Job Summary

This role involves leading and coordinating complex electrical engineering projects, focusing heavily on critical infrastructure (KRITIS) within Germany's extensive highway network. The specialist will be responsible for reviewing technical facts, determining renewal requirements, and advancing technical standards, particularly concerning the electrical and operational equipment of highway tunnels and similar complex systems. Key activities include managing budget resources for contracts, processing engineering, construction, maintenance, and repair contracts, and conducting necessary training. The ideal candidate holds a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Telecommunications, or Communications Engineering, possesses deep knowledge of tunnel operations technology, and demonstrates strong communication skills in German to effectively negotiate with authorities and represent the organization in technical committees.
