This role is for a pragmatic and structured 1st Level IT Support Technician specializing in system integration, focused on providing onsite support in a TechLounge and via Floorwalks in Essen. The professional will be responsible for direct user support, handling ticket creation and maintenance (e.g., in ServiceNow), performing initial diagnostics, and escalating issues to 2nd Level support when necessary. Key daily tasks include hardware support for Windows, macOS, and iOS devices, managing virtual desktop environments (like Citrix), and handling user and device management within Azure AD and Intune. Candidates must possess strong technical skills in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, BitLocker fundamentals, and be proficient in both German and English, both written and spoken, to effectively support a diverse user base. The position offers an unlimited contract and a long-term career perspective.
