This role is for a dedicated On-Site IT Support Specialist in Bonn, providing essential technical assistance within a professional, often scientific, IT infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks involve delivering direct, on-site user support, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing the entire lifecycle of hardware and software components through installation, configuration, and maintenance. A core responsibility is maintaining the Windows 10 and Windows 11 client environment, including thorough error analysis. You will utilize ticketing systems to meticulously document support requests and solutions. Candidates must possess completed vocational training in the IT sector and several years of professional experience in IT support or Service Desk roles. Success in this position requires very good German language skills, strong communication abilities for direct user interaction, and practical experience handling support processes in larger IT settings.
