Job Summary

This role involves taking a central position within IT Workplace Lifecycle Services in Stuttgart-Weilimdorf, ensuring seamless daily operations and strict adherence to established Service Level Agreements. The technician will be responsible for managing all IT workplace requests, resolving hardware incidents, and executing IMAC/D (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose) services for mobile devices, notebooks, and associated accessories. Key tasks include the installation and configuration of Windows 10/11 endpoints, providing essential support and consultation to users regarding hardware and software issues, and meticulous documentation of all processes for maximum transparency. Candidates must hold a relevant technical qualification, such as an IT Specialist in System Integration, coupled with excellent expertise in client hardware, software, networking, and Microsoft operating systems. Professional experience in 1st or 2nd Level Support utilizing ITIL-standard ticketing systems is mandatory. This is a permanent position requiring fluent German and good English skills, along with a Class B driver's license for local client deliveries in the greater Stuttgart area.
