This role seeks a dedicated Specialist in Construction Accounting, Controlling, and Grants Management to join the Finance and Controlling unit within the Department for Economy, Tourism, and Regional Cooperation. Key responsibilities involve the meticulous handling of construction invoices, including recording, reviewing, processing, and archiving, alongside comprehensive budget management encompassing planning, execution, monitoring, and year-end closing procedures. The specialist will also contribute significantly to internal controlling and contract management, preparing and distributing essential contractual and commissioning documents. A vital component of the job is managing subsidy applications, coordinating required documentation, and ensuring compliance with grant requirements. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification as an Administrative Specialist, a commercial degree, or at least two years of relevant professional experience in the financial execution of public construction projects at the municipal, state, or federal level. The position offers a secure, permanent contract within the public sector (TVöD-VKA EG 9a), flexible working hours, and opportunities for partial remote work.
