Job Summary

This pivotal role seeks a Warehouse Quality Engineer to drive quality assurance and continuous improvement within the lithium battery industry supply chain. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and maintaining robust quality management systems, such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, and developing comprehensive quality control plans specifically for warehouse operations, covering incoming materials, processes, and finished products. Key daily activities include conducting quality inspections, monitoring production data, and utilizing advanced quality tools like PFMEA and 8D to analyze defects and perform root cause analysis (RCA). A crucial element of the role involves cross-functional collaboration with R&D, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and proactively handling customer complaints. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in an engineering field and professional fluency in Mandarin, English, and German, offering a challenging opportunity in the rapidly expanding new lithium energy sector in Germany.

Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Mechanical, Automotive, or Quality Management-related fields.

Experience

  • At least 2 years in quality management or quality engineering (manufacturing, automotive, battery, or electronics industries)
  • Min 2 years in Warehouse quality control
  • Hands-on experience in process quality control and finished goods inspection
  • Professional experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems (ISO9001, IATF 16949)
  • Professional experience in independently handling customer quality complaints
