Key daily activities include conducting quality inspections, monitoring production data, and utilizing advanced quality tools like PFMEA and 8D to analyze defects and perform root cause analysis (RCA). A crucial element of the role involves cross-functional collaboration with R&D, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and proactively handling customer complaints.
