Required Skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in assembly process engineering for automotive interior systems
  • Strong understanding of cockpit module structures and assembly sequence
  • Working experience in JIS or Audi-linked production lines is highly preferred
  • Experience at leading Tier 1 suppliers (e.g., Yanfeng, Faurecia, Adient, Lear, IAC) is preferred
  • Previous involvement in projects with Audi or other major OEMs is preferred
  • Knowledge of cockpit module interfaces, electronics integration, and tooling ergonomics is preferred
  • Familiarity with Chinese-German automotive plant setup and communication practices is preferred
