Job Summary

This leadership role involves overseeing and optimizing complex biological production processes, primarily focusing on fermentation, within a sustainable biotechnology company. The Head of Production will manage two production lines utilizing bioreactors ranging from 50 L to 7,400 L. Key responsibilities include the technical and disciplinary leadership and development of a team of up to 15 employees, ensuring adherence to quality standards like ISO 9001 and GMP+, and implementing Lean Management principles. The role requires robust budget and cost control, regular production reporting to management, and effective interface management with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Engineering departments.
