Job Summary
This role is ideal for an aspiring IT professional seeking an exciting entry point or advancement in IT support within Germany's leading engineering and IT service provider. The core responsibilities focus on delivering crucial 1st Level Support, managing incoming requests via telephone, email, and ticketing systems. Day-to-day tasks include performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services, administering Windows 10 environments, and managing user accounts within Active Directory. You will also be responsible for printer management and ensuring accurate documentation within the ticket tool. Key qualifications include initial professional experience as an IT Service Technician Agent, strong knowledge of various client hardware (notebooks, desktops, printers), and proficiency in Windows 10 and Active Directory user administration. Desirable skills include familiarity with Android, iOS, MS Office, and MS Exchange.
