Job Summary

This role is centered on providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd level IT support and customer consultation within a leading German IT service organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues, alongside the critical administration of core enterprise systems such as Microsoft 365, Windows Servers (2016+), and Cloud services. The specialist will actively manage user accounts and policies within Active Directory and Azure AD, support virtualization environments (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V), and maintain network infrastructure, including firewalls and VPNs. Success requires several years of experience in IT support, deep knowledge of Microsoft technologies, and a completed IT qualification.
