Job Summary

This role is for an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide critical 1st and 2nd level support and customer consulting. Day-to-day responsibilities involve comprehensive fault analysis and resolution across hardware, software, and network environments. A core focus includes the administration of Microsoft 365, Windows Servers, and cloud services, alongside managing user accounts and policies within Active Directory and Azure AD. The specialist will also handle network infrastructure, including firewalls and VPNs, and assist with virtualization technologies like VMware vSphere and Hyper-V. Candidates must possess a completed IT education or equivalent long-term experience, coupled with several years of professional IT support experience. Strong expertise in Windows Server 2016+, Microsoft 365, and practical knowledge of virtualization are essential. This position offers a permanent contract, flexible working models, 2 days of home office weekly, and opportunities for continuous professional development.
