Job Summary

This role involves providing essential onsite IT support services, focusing heavily on the installation, movement, addition, and modification (IMAC) of IT infrastructure for clients. Key daily tasks include setting up new IT workstations and mobile devices (both hardware and software), performing client service activities, and managing PC and user lifecycle processes. The technician will also be instrumental in executing IT rollout projects and providing basic network support, including patching. Candidates must possess a strong technical background, preferably through vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or similar qualification. Success in this position requires excellent communication skills, a high degree of responsibility, and expertise in Windows 10 and general hardware (notebooks, desktops).
