Job Summary

This role offers an enrolled Bachelor's or Master's student the opportunity to join the internal Service Management team in Gummersbach, focusing on enhancing internal service and consulting offerings across the group's processes (HR, Finance, Digital Transformation, Marketing). Day-to-day responsibilities include the configuration and customization of intranet applications, specifically Confluence, Linchpin, and related plug-ins, alongside managing user permissions and personalization settings. The successful candidate will handle support incidents, acting as a liaison between internal stakeholders (Users, Product Owners, Compliance Officers) and external service suppliers. This position is ideal for students in Informatics or related fields who possess initial practical experience in web application administration and configuration, and who are eager to contribute to process and tool improvement using frameworks like Jira or ITIL.
