Job Summary

This role involves taking holistic ownership of land cable installation projects, focusing heavily on documentation, procurement, and external contractor management. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for creating and reviewing tender documents, evaluating bids, and participating in contract awards. Day-to-day tasks include construction coordination, complex interface and stakeholder management, and rigorous technical change management (TQ, ECR, NC). A core function is ensuring compliance with HSE standards and managing project documentation, including the evaluation of supplementary claims. Ideal candidates possess a degree in Electrical/Energy or Civil Engineering and several years of experience managing linear infrastructure projects, such as cable or pipeline construction. The position requires profound knowledge of approval and planning procedures, quality management, and construction supervision.
