Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and deployment of IT workstations, including PCs, notebooks, printers, and peripheral devices. A core function is executing IMAC-D orders (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete) and managing break/fix tickets, requiring effective troubleshooting, error analysis, and component replacement. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational qualification in IT, good general IT knowledge, and strong German language skills.
