This role seeks an IT Support Specialist focused on maintaining and supporting customer operations within a proprietary cloud environment, specializing in Cloud and Network infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities involve providing 2nd Level technical support, managing monitoring, and executing essential patch and update management across networks and systems. The specialist will also handle user support for Microsoft 365, conduct performance testing, and meticulously document processes and best practices while collaborating closely with the consulting team. The ideal candidate holds a degree or vocational qualification in IT/Computer Science, coupled with professional experience in client/network infrastructure, cloud technologies, and virtualization.
