Job Summary

This role involves optimizing and managing programming and testing-related New Product Introduction (NPI) processes within a major electronics corporation in Berlin, aiming to minimize time-to-market and costs for new products. The Product Owner is responsible for creating and prioritizing the product backlog for firmware releases and NPI projects, working closely with the development team to ensure timely implementation and smooth product launches. Day-to-day tasks include continuous analysis of market requirements and customer feedback to drive product improvements, efficient coordination across development, production, and IT security, risk identification, and presenting progress reports to management. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field and possesses multi-year experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager in NPI, specifically with embedded systems and firmware development. Strong technical understanding of firmware, cryptography, and certificate management, coupled with excellent analytical and communication skills, are essential for success in this challenging and high-impact position.
