Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position at the University of Passau involves maintaining and servicing complex electrical and control systems across the modern campus. The specialist will primarily focus on the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of Measurement, Control, and Regulation (MCR) technology for large heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Key responsibilities also include managing media and auditorium technology, such as projectors, video transmission, and audio/PA systems, and supporting university events technically. Candidates must possess a background in industrial or energy/building electronics and several years of practical experience in MCR and automation, ideally within large HVAC environments. The role requires excellent German language skills, proficiency with MS Office and technical software, and the physical ability to work safely at heights.
