Job Summary

This leadership role requires an experienced Civil Engineer to head the Alignment Planning and Drainage Department in Bayreuth. The successful candidate will be responsible for the disciplinary and technical leadership of the team, managing financial planning, budget oversight, and resource allocation for the section. A significant part of the role involves serving as Project Lead for complex alignment planning projects, specifically focusing on drainage systems, and managing the procurement and execution of external engineering contracts. Key qualifications include a degree in Civil Engineering, proven leadership experience, and comprehensive knowledge of planning regulations in road construction, planning law, and water law (WHG).
