Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Network and Operations Technology Technician to ensure the reliable functioning of critical highway infrastructure in the North Bavaria region. This varied and essential role involves extensive travel within the service area using a company vehicle to maintain and support on-site facilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include the maintenance and upkeep of operational and traffic technical equipment, electronic systems, and transmission systems. You will be responsible for continuous operational monitoring, optimizing Information and Communication Technology (ICT) networks, and conducting regular failure tests followed by detailed analysis. A key part of the role is implementing security measures for buildings and networks, managing operational networks, and meticulously updating technical documentation. The ideal candidate holds a State-certified Technician qualification in a relevant field and possesses fluent German language skills (C1 minimum) to handle complex technical and regulatory communication.
