The Head of LightSpray Product Integrity is a crucial, hands-on leadership role responsible for defining, implementing, and continually improving world-class quality and compliance standards across the entire value chain, from product development and suppliers through manufacturing and distribution. This expert position requires a strategic thinker who can embed premium quality and sustainability as core, non-negotiable principles, ensuring consistency and consumer trust globally. Unlike traditional senior roles, this is an execution-driven position requiring deep functional expertise and strong cross-functional collaboration skills to influence diverse teams without relying on a large direct reporting structure.
